How long does it take for my order to ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. While most orders ship the same or next day, please allow up to three business days for processing. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way!
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.How do I track my order?Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Triple Seven pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
Clothing Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on clothing items within 15 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags are still attached
- Items are returned in original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only. Refunds are not available.
Jewelry
All jewelry items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your request.

How do I know what size to order?
We include sizing information on each product page. If you're ever unsure, shoot us an email or DM on Instagram — we're happy to help you find the right fit!
Do your clothes run true to size?
Most of our pieces run true to size, but we'll always note on the product page if something runs small, large, or oversized so you can order with confidence.
JEWELRY CARE
Why is my sterling silver jewelry leaving marks on my skin?
This is completely normal! You may notice a black or dark gray residue on your skin after wearing Navajo pearls or other sterling silver western jewelry. This happens when the silver reacts with sweat, humidity, natural skin oils, lotions, or perfumes.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Gently wipe your pieces with a soft polishing cloth after each wear to keep them shining. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place and avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Shop Pay. We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later options through Shop Pay Installments.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our website is SSL encrypted and all transactions are processed securely through Shopify.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase on our website and make the perfect gift for the western-loving lady in your life.
Do you have a physical store?
Not at this time — we're online only! But that means you can shop with us from anywhere, anytime.
